CREATE A BUDGET

Go through all of your fixed expenses and income to create a better financial understanding of consciously where your money is going.

GET AT LEAST 30 MINUTES OF ACTIVE MOVEMENT EVERY DAY

You don’t have to go to the gym to get your body active and moving, instead think of going for a hot girl walk whenever your schedule allows.

LIMIT YOUR SCREEN TIME

Limiting your screen time in the evenings will help your circadian rhythm.

ESTABLISH A NIGHT TIME ROUTINE

Whether you make a sleepy girl mocktail and do your skin care, or pop in a podcast while you wind down. Establish a nightime routine and stick to it, creating time for just you.

DRINK AT LEAST 8OZ OF WATER TO START YOUR DAY

I am the worst when it comes to what I first consume in the morning, whether it’s an iced coffee or celsius- it’s a healthier start to your gut health and digestion to start with water.

TRY OUT ONE NEW RECIPE AT HOME

I know cheaper processed foods are easier, but finding something new to make that your family enjoys at least once a month will be a fun new adventure, and healthier at that.
